JobDutiesandResponsibilities:
1.Assistoverseascompaniesinaccounting,projectcheck-upaccounting,businessprocessriskcontrol,financialbudgetandfinalaccounts,costandcostcontrol,andfinancialanalysis;Assistintheoverallplanningandmanagementofoverseascompanytaxation;Assistincorporatemergersandacquisitions;haveexperienceinERP/SOXimplementation;CanuseExceltobuildfinancialmodels\combingbusinessprocesses;
2.Assistincross-bordere-commerceaccountingwork,assistintheexporttaxrebateoperationofcross-borderplatforms;
3.Familiarwithcapitaloperation,familiarwiththecompany'sIPOlistingintheoverseaandChinastockmarket,familiarwithmergersandacquisitions,PE/VC,etc.Responsibleforfinancingforoperationstoachievethecompany'scapitalstrategy.
4.Assistintheformulationofoverseascompanycapitaloperationplans,assistinoverseeingfundmanagementreportsandbudgets,assistintheformulationofaccountingplanningforoverseascompanies,thepreparationofaccountingrules,andfinancialcheck-upmethodsfordifferentpositions;
5.Assistinthestrategicdevelopmentofoverseascompanies,andgoodfinancingandfinancialcontrol.
6.Assistinthepreparationofrelevantfinancialstatements;Assistinanalyzingtheoperatingcostsofallaspectsofe-commerce,Andassistinproposingeffectivecostcontrolprograms;
Requirements:
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,MBAisbetter.FluentEnglishinlistening,speaking,readingandwriting,canbeusedasworkinglanguage;
2.LearnedandfamiliarizedwithHigh-techEnterprisesrelatedbusinessandtaxrequirements.
3.LearnedandfamiliarizedwithChinesefinancialpolicies,laws,regulations,etc.,familiarwithIFRS/USAccountingStandards
4.FirstofallconsiderthosetalentswhohadworkedinGoldmanSachs,JPMorganChase,MorganStanley,UBS,CreditSuisse,Citibank,DeutscheBank,BankofAmerica,SequoiaCapital,Softbank,CarlyleInvestmentGroup,andCapitalInvestmentGroup.
5.FamiliarizedwithChina,theUnitedStates,Europe,internationalaccountingstandardsandChinesefiscalandtaxationfinancialsystem;Familiarwithaccounting,auditing,taxation,financialmanagementandrelatedlawsandregulations;
6.Experienceinfinancingandcapitaloperation;Assistintheanalysis,demonstrationanddecision-makingofinvestmentprojects;
7.FirstofallconsiderthosetalentswhohadworkedinfinancialinstitutionsinLondon,NewYork,FrankfurtandHongKong.Firstofallconsiderthosetalentswhohadworkedininthefourmajorlawfirms:PWC，KP，DTT，EY.
8.Firstofallconsiderthosetalentswhohaveresourcestoassistthecompany'sIPOlistingthroughthebanking,financinginstitutionsandsecuritiesinstitutions.
9.HavethecertificateofChinaCPA,havetheHongKongCPAcertificateorinternationalCPA,ACCA,CFAcertificate.
